0.2 mm works for most. Drop to 0.15 mm if your seal needs to be airtight — concentric layer lines on revolution surfaces are the leak path.
The generated wall thickness is the geometric wall — set your slicer to 3 perimeters, 15% infill, no top/bottom shells needed for the through-bore. PETG is friendlier than PLA for hose stress.
For a friction fit into a cuff: model the male spigot at +0.2–0.5 mm over the cuff ID. For sliding the hose over a male shoe, model the female socket at the hose's outer cuff diameter (often ~40 mm for "DN 35" hoses).
Vertical (axis up). Layer lines perpendicular to airflow, layer adhesion loaded in compression by the cuff grip — strongest configuration with no supports.
